Lack of sleep
I have had a habit of taking sleeping pills/alcohol for a long time now. I can give up alcohol for a few months without any difficulty. Then binge drink for a few days then again quit for a few months. As far as sleeping pills are concerned unless I take them I am like a useless human being in capable of doing anything, extreme weakness, no energy

Hi, Yes your information indicates both Alcohol and BZD dependence... Both require Psychiatrist supervision and guidance as both BZD and Alcohol withdrawal are risky... Consult a psychiatrist for detailed evaluation and management of the case.. Good you talked about it.. It shows your motivation..
