Lack of sleep
Does insomnia is very serious ? I saw that symptoms in me. Can't sleep properly..Not willing to eat.. Feeling so dull.. Tired alot.. Feeling sleepy sometimes during day time..!Iam facing this since 1 month. What can I do with this situation? Should I consult a doctor? If at all, whom should I consult general physician?? Mental health? Psychiatrist?
