Yes, radiations from computer can affect eyes to an extent however there would be several others who have been working in front of computers with you, every day who happen to sleep well and do not have paining, watering or red eyes. So issue with eyes, draining out and any other symptom would be more because of lack of sleep than because of computer or AC. You would have same results, if you happen to work continuously anywhere after sleepless nights. Having said this we need to see why you aren't sleeping well..?? It could be environment or heat around you or factors like physical pain, rush of thoughts, surge of emotions etc which might be keeping you awake. Please locate the reason and take necassary measures to address the same to fecilitate sound sleep. Issues with your eyes will disappear. If they continue even after sleeping well, get an eye checkup done.If the sleep issue persists, take help from a psychologist to understand and manage the issue. Take Care.
