Lack of sex drive,
Dear sir, I am 27 years old and these are my problem 1) I am losing interest in sex . 2) some time ejaculate without erection, but it happen sometime when I watch porn , but normally my penis erect when I watch some itimate scene , but cannot maintain that erection for long time, 3) another problem is that after ejaculation also some gel kind of thing comes (from penis) out for next 10 to 15 minutes (not white color but transparent gel) after that it stop. Is it any kind of S.T.D 4) when making love with my partner I feel some warm sensation on to of my penis (is it okay? Please suggest me what to do,,,,

Hi there...I can understand your concern. Early ejaculation could be due to many reasons. Anxiety being the most. So first try relaxation techniques and distraction method. Then try to cut down on any habits like alcohol, smoking or drugs. This will help delay ejaculation. If there's no improvement then you must be investigated for any comorbidities like diabetes hypertension hypercholestrolemia. Treating these comorbidities also can delay ejaculation. Also any associated erectile dysfunction will also have to be treated. Medically there are many options like oral medications and topical creams. If the above conservative measure do not help kindly consult a psychiatrist or endocrinologist for medical therapy.
