Lack of arousal has multiple cause ranging from bodily causes as well as psychological causes.

Low or decreased testosterone levels,
poor blood supply to penis,.
Diabetes and hypertension, cholesterol problems and their side effects of medication,
Excessive use of alcohol etc.
under psychological performance anxiety is the main cause.
Come for proper sexual evaluation.
