I have had a problem of twitches and other spasms in my abdomen when I am sexually aroused, or sometimes even just thinking of being sexually aroused. It peaks when I am lying on my back in an intimate situation. I wonder if this is psycologically induced, and I can learn to stop; or that it may be disease/ physio related.
