Lack of appetite
Hi, for about last one year I am having lack of appetite. Even though I try to maintain my food quantity I am not gaining weight. I joined a gym but it didn't help. Also suffer from low stamina and power. History: *One year ago for about a few months I was addicted to weeds (not regular). *After leaving, weight decreased from 63 kg to 58 kg.

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  Have a high protein diet. Tab. Health ok once a day after food for a month. Tab. D3 must 60k once a week for 12 weeks. Exerxise daily. Consult a dietician in person for a detailed diet chart.  Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore.
