Lack of activeness in brain
Hi, I have been suffering from acid reflux since a month now for which got diagnosed by 4th doctor whom I visited last week. Before that doctors said it was digestion issue and sinus infection, reports were normal as well. 4th doctor gave me medicine for acid reflux infection which he says is cured now. Also he gave medicine for anti anxiety which I was suffering for only few days as I hadn't gone out. Still I think I got bit of acid reflux symptoms as I get nasal blockage and my sinus area starts to prick a bit. Also I haven't been able to concentrate on my daily activities and fear going out a lot as I might suffer acid reflux attack that is nausea and blank mind asking to puke or burp attack. And I think my inner self is lost somewhere as I can't concentrate once I go out. I fear taking medicines and have stopped it. Do I need any medication or counseling to bring back my confidence and inner self back? I'm trying hard to concentrate but can't cope up well.
