Lacerated IRIS
My sons IRIS is lacerated due to an accident in 2014. His IRIS is now shaped like a tear drop and he has lost the IRIS function i.e his IRIS does not close/shrink in bright light. so my question is does IRIS even regenerate? Will he ever get back his IRIS shape?

Its difficult.. As it has been already scarred... But I would suggest you to consult nearest opthalmologist for examination.. Depending upon the findings they will tell you the probable treatment modalities.
