Bilateral neural foramina appears within normal limits without significant impegenment upon the exiting L5 pr traversing S1 nerve roots. Is there a treatment available for this problem. hello MRI report says its mild and the canal diameter is maintained. I suppose your patient must be having back pain more than leg pain . I suggest you wear a L-S belt and some mild painkillers. If your leg pain is more than back pain in that case you maybe suffering from sciatica whose treatment is altogether different. I request you if u can elaborate more abt your symptoms and send films of the MRI
