Ginseng's properties are still being studied in context of mental disorders. But till now, no alternative therapies have been found to have efficacy in schizophrenia so I would not  recommend it
Next Steps
please bear in mind at the moment, schizophrenia is considered a long term illness with little treatment options which are all efficacious. please follow your medical regimen strictly as advised by your psychiatrist and try to work in a routine manner daily to make sure you are engaged. consult your psychiatrist every 3 months or so and reach out to them in case of any doubts asap. the early you manage this, the higher your chances are of a productive, long life. good luck!
