Knot like ball under penis

I am feeling something knot like sturcture under my penis which is not painfull but my uper half penis is staying littel hard always but when my penis erect everything seems normal i can only feel it by touching . it is not visible please tell . I am worried about this i can not go to doctor due to corona virus in delhi . Please tell me
