The bow legs will not get corrected. You need to do something about it only if you are having a functional problem with your knees. Surgery for cosmetic reasons is not advised. Also before diagnosing bow legs, it needs to be investigated with proper x-rays and see if it is indeed bow legs. After that further discussion can he had.
