Knees and butts are getting darker

Asked for Male, 24 Years

I was born white skin, now i am 24 and my knees and butts especially have become dark and worst. I have small and big black stains through out my body. I am trying natural remedies to scrub but it makes it more dark. What should I do and whom to meet. I am in gurgaon, Delhi. can it be reversed and my skin getting white again
