Hello.... You can consult any orthopedic surgeon... There are many corporate hospitals in Bangalore, You haven't given any information on the symptoms and associated factors.... X ray is required for any orthopedic case. Knee pain could be due to trauma ,osteoarthritis, obesity is aggravating factor.. Of she is heavy she should shed her weight

Hii. Is her knee pain pertaining to a specific point in her knee? Does she feel stiffness while walking for first 10 steps as she gets up in the morning. If the answer is yea then you should try getting a lumber x-ray ie xray of her lower back. The knee pain could be mainly because of a nerve compression happening at the l4-5 levels. If no then you should get an x-ray of both knees to check the osteoarthritic changes and then as per the x-ray finding the diagnosis and the treatment can be decided
