  3. Knee pain. I can reduce my knee pain.

Knee pain.....
I have an knee replacement operations date in 8 September.... But in this day my pain is extremely in my knee.....and my whole legs stiff sometimes...so u suggest some quick ideas for this days by which i can reduce my knee pain.........thank you..

u can start a painkiller for these days. Do cold compresses at least thrice daily. use a knee cap Dr Sandip Gupta
