Knee n hip related
I had grade 1 meniscus tear n snapping hip problem from 2 months. I didn't ve knee pain but past 1week Im getting knee pain. Ive take manual physiotherapy once n Dr has advised me tak 2 more sitting. After 1st sitting Im feeling better in d hip. Before this Ive take rest as advised by my ortho. Y dis probes is nt reduc

Continue with Physiotherapy.. It will take 3-6 week to settle down..grade 1 tear is not serious at all..you will improve
