Knee meniscus tear
Hi sir I having meniscus tear n legament sprain n also bone displacement in my hip joint. My ortho has given some instructions n I m foll. It from 10 days. I m doing knee exercise from yesterday. I m having only 50% improvement I'm my knee n 30% in my hip. Still displacement is there. How many days I need to recover.

Hey,Healing of a meniscus tear depends on its severity, location, and underlying disease within the knee joint. Often it is possible to treat meniscus tears conservatively without an operation using anti-inflammatory medications and physical therapy rehabilitation to strengthen muscles around the knee to prevent joint instability. Anti inflammatories can be used to relieve pain.
