Knee mcl pain
I'm a professional footballer. I'm going through knee problem. Its near my mcl. Earlier my physio told me its mcl strain nd my other ligaments are intact. I can do all sort of things like sqautting, running, jumping etc. But when I pass a ball I get a sudden paining sensation at my mcl. The knee is not stable at times I'm unable to kick the ball hard with pressure. I'm doing all rehab exercises told by my physio. Any suggestions what should I do

The best thing to do is to first see an Orthopaedic Surgeon and then get an MRI scan of the knee. This will give an indication as to what is happening to the structures around the knee. Then an appropriate treatment can be planned. It is better to investigate and treat than to treat blindly.
