Whenever I bend my knee a click sound comes from the joint. It's embarrassing in public. There is no pain in joints just annoying sounds. What should I do. Just tell me the cure. Don't tell me to concern the doctor etc in the answer...

There are many causes for clicking sound in the knee.. Common causes are, bursting of gases bubbles inside the synovial fluid (this is normal and needs no treatment), thickened plicae, discoid meniscus, maltracking patella, loose body rubbing against bones etc.. Since u don't have any pain, it could be due to bursting of gas bubbles which is a normal phenomenon.. So just neglect.. If it becomes painful in future get x ray/MRI scan of ur knee and post it here so that one of us will tell the treatment.. Get well soon.
