I am feeling a mild pain in my knees from back side (opposite ball sode) since few days whenever I have to sit with my knees bend. Also in my profession I have to do a lot of walking and most of the time goes standing. Also travelling a lot standing.
What should I do to avoid any serious complications?

As per your job schedule you have to drink more water or energy drink, and good diet.
May be you will require knee support or physiotherapy.
