Klebsiella pneumoniae in 4+ month baby
Hi All, My kid is of only 4+ months old and she has been taken care properly but still her urine culture report show high number of klebsiella pneumoniae. Can someone confirm what made this grow in her body internally and how to overcome this ? Thank you in advance

1.Treat with antibiotics according urine culture sensitivity 2. USG to see structures of her urinary system 3. Micturating cystourethrogram and DMSA are the tests need to be done to know exactly what may be wrong
