Can I apply kiskin ointment on my dog's testicles there is some black spot like his body..I think it's allergic reaction

Applying kiskin ointment on dog's testicle doesn't affect the dog in any means.. but if u are applying it for the problem which it hasnt to meant for using it, then the problem won't cure or heal, thank you.
