Hello, if you don't have any symptoms then what is the reason for getting renal function tests!!!? Creatinine 7 indicates a severe decline in renal functions it will cause electrolyte imbalance too, most dangerous is potassium level imbalance which can cause medical emergencies kindly consult a neurologist to know the cause for decline in renal function. Management needs more than a pill and other invasive approach.
