Uterine cavity appears normal. No filling defect is noted. No uterine anomaly noted.
Right fallopian tube is well opacified and appear normal in caliber. Limited peritoneal spill seen .
Left fallopian tube is not opacified .
IMPRESSION :
Left tubal block .
Limited peritoneal spill from right tube -- ? peri-tubal adhesions

The tubes are not patent.
This can be due to pelvic infection or TB
