We are very very depressed and need help.mental condition is not good after the report.. please help X-RAY HYSTEROSALPINOGRAM(HSG) :-- Uterine cavity appears normal. No filling defect is noted. No uterine anomaly noted. Right fallopian tube is well opacified and appear normal in caliber. Limited peritoneal spill seen . Left fallopian tube is not opacified . IMPRESSION : Left tubal block . Limited peritoneal spill from right tube -- ? peri-tubal adhesions

The tubes are not patent. This can be due to pelvic infection or TB It's better you go for diagnostic hysterolaproscopy
