Kindey stone
I'm 58 years old lady and post test I came to know I have 14mm kidney stone.Im also suffering from sugar and BP but they are in control from past few months.kindly advice the best method to remove the kidney stone.i also came to know about RIRI but I am unsure.Kindly advice...

Big stones like this should be removed .get full clinical workup done with a functional study of urinary tract like CT urogram to further characterise the stone disease. Minimally invasive procedures available are ESWl,Mini PCNL,RIRS. Choice depends on your full clinical  assessment and condition of patient,surgical expertise and ease of urologist in doing a particular procedure and availability of adequate equipment support Consult urologist to determine the factors for best results
