The lesions have changed in morphology because the cream applied has a steroid component. Stop using it immediately and consult a Dermatologist as this will only worsen when the cream is stopped. Totally wrong cream application.
Next Steps
You will require to stop the cream application and preferably visit your Dermatologist at the earliest
