Kind of Hydrocele I think
My right side of scrotum has got larger. It is happening from many months but i thought it was not a major problem but now it got bigger. It doesn't pain but its really uncomfortable. According to my R&D on internet it seems like hydrocele but i am not sure.

Hey smart boy...there is a hydrocele surgery video also on youtube why don't you see it and do your own surgery.

It can be hydrocele....varicocele.
U need to provide proper history and share pic.
Do USG scrotum.
