Kind had stomach pain
Hi my kid aged 4years had stomach pain since morning. He is also suffering from low fever. Today is sunday so i m not being able to find any doctor.

Does he have vomiting or loose motions too? Give him light food for 2 days. Use syp anafortan 5 ml for stomach ache and paracetamol for fever.
