I hv kiloid prblm from last 3years.... bt in ma hand I hv kiloid marks like big lines...so I can go fr plastic surgery fr dat??.I scare bcaz if I get plastic surgery al so in dat stiches ill kiloid r wat?

Best not to cut and make another wound on the keloid scar . But use creams and injections to flatten it.
