Hi. I have 4+ son and 22months girl. Can I give pediasure for morning milk and lion dates syrup in night milk for my two kids??? And my daughter gets cold , wheeze breathe frequently if she takes banana mainly and cold foods. Whether she can take lion dates syrup. Pls suggest me... Thanks in advance.
