Kidney transplant
According to the answer of my last question about my mother's kidney disease (createne 9.1) a respected doctor replied that she needs a kidney transplant.but i want to know the maximum age in which this method is applicable?in which cases this method is not applicable?

Hello, To qualify for placement on the kidney transplant, potential recipient must be relatively healthy and not have cancer or infection. Age greater than 80 years,Active abuse of drugs, alcohol, or other substancesSevere cardiac and / or peripheral vascular disease that cannot be corrected, such as severe cardiomyopathy with an ejection fraction of less than 25 percent are some of the contraindications for transplantation.
