What's about Trivikram Ra's and kulthi . the stone is around 18mm.and it decomposes again and again from last 10 years.

chronic indigestion and more intake of panner, fermented food, late night meals, bakery products may be the reason of recurrence of stone.
it is suggested to have bastyamantak ghrut 2 spoons before and after meals.
Gokhuru kadha and bhruhat varunadi kadha with equal amount of warm water for 2 months.
Long term use of varunadi kadha is suggested to avoid recurrence.
may be 6 months.
