  4. Kidney stones both side. Medication?

I'm having stone of around 4mm multiple. I have consulted 1.5 month back. I have been on medication with neeri and drotaverine (for the pain) also taking 5L of water a day. Will it be enough and for what time I need to follow this medication ?
