Kidney stone pain
I have not gone under any test but there is peak pain from last few weeks in left lower abdomen and urine is also coming with breaks. But there is no blood in urine. Sometimes feel nausea, during exercise pain increases.

it may be kidney stone problem.
Next Steps
Get sonography abdomen and pelvis.
Get urine routine and CBC.
