I hv right renal calculi of 3mm size .n mild hydronephrosis and my ureter is dilated ..is it tht i hv 1 stone or many stones? N is it something serious? Wat medications do i hv to take ?

There may be another stone in ureter in hydronephrosis kidney.
Get a functional study like IVP or CT Urography done and consult a urologist for clinical physical examination and evaluation.treatment as per your evaluation and findings
