Kidney stone
Diagones with 6.5mm calculus at the right uv junction leading to dilatation ofproximal ureter and grade i hydronephrosis in the right kidney. other two calculi measuring 7mm and 6.3mm are seen in the right kidney - two measuring 4.4mm and 3mm in the left kidney, no hydronephrosis seen.blood reports normal ,urine test normal,and uric acid level 7.10 mg,tablets given by urologist febuxoblast 15 days,rabiprazole 15 days,mef. Acid dicyl 7 days 7days,cefurxome 7days and ,portrate mb6 15 days ,deflazacort 6mg 2 tab per day15 days.now is it okay to take deflazacort for 15 days in such situation as its corticosteroid.i m also a mbbs student

No issues. Its a low dose regime. It will increase chances of spontaneous stone expulsion. It will decrease pain episodes in severity n number.
Next Steps
in future stones that are in kidney may come to ureter and get stuck.
