Retrograde ejaculation is a known side effect of alpha blocker medication like tamsulosin. medical expulsive therapy are more useful in cases of lower ureteric stone of less than 5 mm size but not indicated for kidney stones. Do drink lots of water. Trace proteinuria in young adults is acceptable until there are some alternative cause for it.
