Dear Sir,
the information that you have given is inadequate to give a proper answer. Whether the patient will recover or not depends on the cause of kidney failure. In some cases recovery is expected and in others it is not. Please talk to your nephrologist in details or provide more details (blood reports, Ultrasound reports, diagnosis reached by your nephrologist) for me to give a better opinion. Take care.
