Kidney problem. Can't do dialysis more

Asked for Male, 63 Years

My father have kidney failure. He is on dialysis from last 11 months.. he has diabetes and high b.p problem from last 18 yrs. He was suffering from hepetitus b . But now its fine. Can we go for kidney transplant ?
