  4. Kidney pain. A slight burning sensation.

Kidney pain.
I started out having a sharp pain in my right testicle it doesn't last long it comes as ND goes. My right side lower back is hurting think it may be kidneys. My urine has been dark for weeks but now it is uncomfortable when I urinate like a slight burning sensation.
