Tiny simple renal cortical cyst do not require any active intervention.just follow up yearly with ultrasonography. Small renal stone detected in mid pole appears non obstructive but also have to be regularly followed up . For stone disease low oxalate diet and mixture of potassium magnesium citrate mixed with glass of water thrice daily,in doses of 15 ml each time may help.
