As kidney is getting damaged temporarily follow kidney diet. But you must start immediately powerful anti oxidants like resveratrol, astaxanthine, vitamin D3, CoQ10, PQQ etc.
Also go for nanotechnology based circumin as anti inflammatory.
Although you can't reverse fibrosed past of kidney, you can restore the function of left over kidney.
