Kidney dilatation
My son's right kidney is having moderate dilatation. How it can be treated? Is surgery compulsory in this case or there are some another treatment to avoid surgery. If surgery is needed what types of surgery can be performed in 1.5 month baby

Need to see with usg report Unilateral or bilateral dilatation And need to do MCU
