Dear Sir, you have a few alarming symptoms like high blood pressure at a young age and blood in stools. It is not very easy to explain all the symptoms by a single diagnosis. Please get yourself evaluated at a good hospital to get to the bottom of the issue. Hope the answer is helpful.
