My son is 8 yrs old n 19 kg . He is v thin how can I increase his weight .He is  too active always playing ...running

Active children are usually healthy, and will not put on much weight. They burn up all they eat and then some. You need to give them a balanced diet containing enough proteins and calories.More carbohydrates may be needed since they burn all they eat. Do keep a record of the height too.
