Kid having temparature 98.5 to 99.xx
Hello. My kid had fever with temp 100.5 yesterday afternoon. I gave him paracetamal 250mg syrup and after then he is having temp between 98.5 to 99.xx every 7 hours from the syrup. What temp should be considered as fever? Should i continue paracetamol drops for this temp? Other than this temp he is active and usual

True fever is temp above 100.4F in the armpit.
Paracetamol only if with fever child is irritable or uneasiness due to fever and that happens at temp of 101.5 or 102 F in the armpit.
