I think you should try rigid contact lenses and check for improvement in the quality of vision. Try to read and write in natural light. When you work on system use a large screen with bigger font size. Frequent lubrication of eyes and regular conscious blinking also helps. Hi, it is always advisable to read or look at screen , in a well lit room.
You can use lubricating eye drop.
Consult local cornea specialist for further management
