Keratosis pilaris or chicken skin

Hi, I am 32 years old female, suffering from this annoying skin problem i.e keratosis pilaris . I have worst marks on my buttocks. dark black marks on buttocks, thighs, back and shoulders. Please help me , how i can get rid of it

I sympathize with your distress and i understand how KP can be frustration with the recurrence and the marks it leaves behind. Although it takes time , but in majority cases it can be controlled and improved. If cream/lotions and capsules are not enough , we can further add laser or peels to achieve better response. I am not sure how to advice more through this response, but for now I would recommend visiting a qualified dermatologist to discuss and tackle your situation better.
