Keloid called charmadal by ayurveda. It happens because defective pachan of Mansa dhatu.
It shall be treat inside oute........you can start with some pachan by consumption of jinjar water , long - blakpaper .
For outside you should go for kshar karma .
But before start those medicine consult ayurved practising person.
