Yes keloid is treatable in ayurveda. Keloid called charmadal by ayurveda. It happens because defective pachan of Mansa dhatu. It shall be treat inside oute........you can start with some pachan by consumption of jinjar water , long - blakpaper . For outside you should go for kshar karma . But before start those medicine consult ayurved practising person. Panchakarma will do good work in those condition.

If it is small in small it can be treated with kshar karma...but if it's large we can't reduce it , we can only manage the symptoms
